Where can the list of requirements for verification found on per country basis?

Hello again,

Please provide a list of requirements for account verification that would give a clear understanding of which verification method is valid for which country.

At the moment "Verification Center" provides such methods as "Hold ID photo", "Driver's license Held Next.." and "Hold passport" but while trying to use some of these methods a "Not Accepted" status may be set by Payoneer without sending an explanation email to the user of the system.

This is not a question related to any particular case - I just want to raise a concern that there are no publicly exposed rules for verification and we do not get emails with not accept reasons. In community posts we may find a complete list of verifications for Philippines and Nigeria, but the other countries are not mentioned, and thus the procedure is not clear.

    Thanks for posting.

    When a document is requested in the Verification Center on your account, you will see the different options you can upload. For example if Government Issued Photo ID is being requested you will see options such as Driver's License, Passport or National ID.

    Sometimes a document cannot be accepted because of the quality of the photo you upload. In this case you will automatically receive an email informing you the submitted item could not be accepted and to please resubmit. If your documents are not accepted and you are not receiving an email regarding this, please check your Junk/Spam folder and contact Customer Support for direct assistance.

    There is no universal list of all document requirements as these requirements can vary based on what the documents are needed for (ex. account approval, payment review, etc.) However, based on your feedback we will happily look to add more detail to our existing forum topic Request for documents

    If at any time, it is unclear why a document was not accepted you can contact Customer Support for assistance.
