Spanish forum version and change to business card

Hi, I have two questions for Payoneer support staff:

1- I am from Venezuela, and since last month the Spanish version of the forum does not allow users to post new publications. Are you still supporting Latin American users?

2- Yesterday I received a notification that Payoneer will change prepaid cards for business cards. My question regarding this change is: Will I still be able to receive funds from partner companies like Fiverr? Will the card continue to work in countries like Venezuela? I am interested in knowing since this is my main source of income.

    Thanks for your post.

    Regarding your first point, there had been a technical issue with the forums in the other languages as that caused the "view only" setting to exist. I am glad to say that the issue has been resolved and you can post there. Still, we would never stop supporting our users from Latin America who make up a good amount of our client base. Even if it would happen, you would have been notified well in advance.

    You can still receive funds from partner companies as normal, and it will continue to work where you live. The card change is meant to increase the chances that the card will work in more areas, closer to how a bank-issued debit card works instead of a prepaid card.
