Documents Still 'Under Review'

Hello.

I registered an account in August 2020, and submitted my documents for verification back then. It is January now, and the 'Verification Centre' still says that my documents are 'Under Review.' I did not need to use the account immediately, so I did not try to get the issue resolved back then.

I read an old topic saying that the verification will be complete once I receive a payment - is this still the case?

    Hi @Vladislavv !

    Yes, that is correct. Once your account is approved, any submitted documents that need to be reviewed will complete verification after your account becomes active in receiving payments. If any further information is needed you will be notified by email.
