Payment not received & no response from Payoneer

A payment was sent to me via Global Payment Service on March 10. I have not received it yet, and despite reaching out to Payoneer several times, I have not had any response from them other than automated emails. I have sent all the required information already.

First of all, it is needed to check with the sender if the transfer was successful from their end. Please bear in mind that only transfers from company bank accounts can be processed by the system.
If you still require assistance, please submit your request here and chose the topic carefully to avoid further delays.
And there's no way I can get help: all I get is automated e-mails. What should I do?
