Hi,

I'm getting the error "You don’t have any available bank accounts at this time. For more information, contact us" and cannot add bank account.

I haven't used my account in years, If I add money to my account, will I be charged annual fees or any other fee for past inactive years ?

I tried other support options but, all I got was auto generated replies,
