I cannot change the withdrawal bank account details

Hi experts,
I am new to Payoneer and I created my account a few weeks back. When creating, I linked a wrong bank account and I tried to contact customer service for about a week and I am only getting automated responses. Also the chat gets cancelled every-time.

The articles says I can add a bank account under settings ( but they ask me to contact for adding. But I am unable to contact them for weeks hence posted here. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?
