Password refused when filling informations reliated to card renewable

Hi, My card has expired and I need to renew it. However, in the required information I have to enter my password, I entered my card code (4 digits), the server refused, I then entered the password of my payoneer account, the server did not recognise it either. I would like to know which password it is?

In case you have forgotten your password, you can go to this link and re-set your password.
To order a replacement card you will use the Password you use to log into your account. If your card is past the expiration date you will have to contact Customer Care to order a new card. Please make sure that you select the proper topic to avoid delays in response time
