Wrong bank account added. Have no option adding a new account

Mistakenly I have added a wrong account number when adding a bank account on my mothers account. But payoneer is asking for verification. I can verify but I need to add the correct account number. Payoneer told me to add new bank account. But there is no option to add a new bank account in my mothers account. What can I do now ?

You can go to the Payoneer support center and elaborate them everything. They will fix it. They will ask for some documentation but if you start a transaction it would be faster.0
