My account is still inactive after 2 weeks.

I had submitted my verification documents i.e, passport details about 2 weeks ago. But I'm still unable to receive any money from Squadhelp. The Squadhelp people say that my account is showing 'Inactive' for which they're unable to send me the money. In Verification center, I can see its showing as "Approved". What is the problem here? Can you please advise why my account is still showing 'Inactive' to my client?
