What if I can't validate my account because of state of emergency in my country?

Hello.

Since 2020 December I got all my incoming transactions canceled because I can't validate my Payoneer account.

The problem is this: My ID got expired recently, but in my country, there is a state of emergency because of the corona, and therefore the place I could claim a new ID is closed.

For compensation, the government extended my ID's date to 60 days after the emergency ends, but now, I can't claim a new ID so I can't validate the Payoneer account either. I can only watch all my incoming transactions labeled as canceled.

Please help me find a solution to this situation.

Also, I want to know if after settling the situation, will I get those canceled transactions or not?

    Hi @KDavid it depends on which types of payments you have pending on your account some payments have an expiration date and they are then sent back to the sender, once your account is fully approved you can request that the are re-sent to you

    That's a good thing to hope for. But is there any way to validate my account in this situation? I can send the photo of my ID, with the link to the government site that states its extended validity.
