atm issue, my money has been lost

hello, yesterday i've gone to the atm to withdraw money, but the atm said the transaction was canceled and i did not received any money, but when i got back home payonner charged me the amount that i tried to withdraw even i did not get any money, i talk to the support yesterday and a guy told me that the money will go back to my account but today the transaction was completed and when i reach back to the support they told me the transaction was completed, i have all the profs : the atm paper said it was canceled .

Please note that in most cases when an ATM fails to dispense funds, the ATM will automatically reverse the charge within 5 business days. For this reason, we ask that you please wait until 5 business days after the charge to allow the ATM an opportunity to automatically resolve this issue.
