Transferred Payment Never Received

I made a payment to my supplier on date: April 12, 2021. Today it is May 14, My supplier still did not receive the payment. I double checked all transfer information are correct and it is my second time payment to the same bank and same account. I need a proof of payment (such as a transfer swift copy) to show to my supplier.
I am sending emails since April 15, 2021 to receive a proof of payment that receiver bank can follow what is wrong, but I have not received any payment proof that receiver bank can use to follow the transfer situation.
32 days is too much for a reliable company to solve a matter.

    Please log in to your Payoneer online account. Once you have logged in, please follow these steps:

    1. Select "Activity"
    2. Locate the relevant transfer and click the Paper Icon
    3. Click on "Download Statement"

    You can send this document to your supplier and they can send it to their bank for a trace.
