Business Account Downgrade

Hello,
I upgraded my account to business account for sending payment to my employees. But my employees didn't like that because it took a long time (5 business days) to be loaded. So now I want to downgrade my account to personal. Is it possible?
I opened a ticket (LTK529011102111X) , please downgrade if possible.

    I spoke to the support supervisor, and she's having someone answer you now. We can do it for you but you need to know we won't be able to switch it back later.

    Anyway, you should be emailed soon for verification. :-)
