Can Payoneer help me get paid from Hostgator OR Bluehost Affiliate Program?!

I contacted the bluehost affiliate manager, he said that they are working hard to get different payment method for their foreign affiliates.

It would be great if PAYONEER partner with Bluehost, (which I am willing to get paid from and many other affiliates are also interested in that program), but can't promote it cause they pay via Paypal only,
They do have on CJ platform ⚠️ but when I contacted the bluehost manager he says that they no longer accept affiliates from there.

If it's not possible then, please partner with Hostgator affiliate program, they currently pay with PayPal and check, ( I don't think that everyone is eligible to accept check, and probably the fee and withdrawal would be a great ⚠️pain in the head)

It would be great if Payoneer partners with Bluehost or Hostgator, ( I personally would like Bluehost).
