Connecting eBay for Managed Payments

I know this is a problem for many and for some reason I can't find an answer anywhere. Payoneer's customer service seems nonexistent. Maybe someone here can help. So when I try to connect the accounts I get an error, saying that the account type doesn't match. Obviously, my eBay account type is "business". Is there a Payoneer account type? I don't see it anywhere. What do I do??

Hi Hannah. Yes I know. I used it for business. I have it for several years So that exactly the problem. My ebay account is also a "business" type of account. I don't understand why it cannot be synced.

Hi @bryne and @rotemcohen

If your eBay account is registered, as a sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation in eBay, you will need to select a company account, not an individual, when applying for a new Payoneer account (by using the link eBay has sent to you)

Hello Hannah. Ok will try. It would not be a problem like I have several accounts on Payoneer? Just don't want to lose my first Payoneer because of the Ebay lol. The Payoneer is more important for me.

@ersinctimur You can open a new eBay account using the link that they provided to you, please select a company account is you are registered as a sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation in eBay
