I want to create an account, but on the "ID Details" section there's no option for postal id. Although I've read somewhere here in the community that in philippines, postal id could be considered. please help me create my account.

    Hi there @derca

You can provide any type of ID that has a photo of you, your name, your date of birth, the ID number, and is issued by the government, if you cannot provide an ID that is on the automated list then you can still provide one that hits all 5 of those requirements we can review it for you, but it may just take a bit longer. You can select any of the options and upload the ID if it hits all of the requirements

my postal id fits the requirements, but how do i proceed in the ID Details section since I can't move to the next step if I don't fill up the details which I can't since postal id is not on the list. Do i have to pick any on the list and just put random numbers for the ID#

@derca Yes, you are correct, once it is set up please call/email/chat with us and we will be able to update the ID number to match the Postal ID number.

Hello. I'm from the Philippines & the only ID I have is a Philhealth ID. Can I go ahead & use it as it has all the criteria just like a postal ID. Thanks

Hi @Roland2020 ! Thanks for your question.

I am glad to let you know that you can indeed use your PhilHealth ID for account verification. Please note that we only accept the card version, not the paper version. Please check out this article for more information.
