Tax Form TIN Verification

Dear Community,

I have attempted 3 times with no success to satisfy the request for Tax Form TIN Verification documents. I am in the US. I have tried once with a letter I dug out of my files from the IRS showing my name and SSN. I have tried twice with very good scans of my Social Security Card that is in pristine condition. All three were not accepted.
Does anyone have any ideas for what Payoneer wants in this instance? I have looked for a way to contact someone at Payoneer but have not found that.

    Hi @BeeGee

    We recommend sending a photo, not a scan in this case that should make the document be able to be reviewed and approved.
