changing the country that I mistakenly choose

Hi , when registered for a new account I mistakenly put another country as my country which is
Micronesia, Federated States of. But my country is Sri Lanka. Then I opened a request to change the country ( 210602-001552 ) and I got automatic reply to upload information as per below ;
1.A copy of a valid ID document. Acceptable forms of ID include driver's license, passport, or national ID.
2.A proof of residence for your new address. Please visit this FAQ for further information on which 3.documents are considered as valid proof of residence.
Please confirm your new address in the following format:
Street address line 1 (limit to 40 characters):
Street address line 2 (limit to 40 characters):
City/state:
Country:
Zip/postal code:
then I opened request to upload those details (Ref No- 210602-002730).
But the matter in hand is all those request status shows as resolved but nothing resolved . can anybody tell me how to contact proper channels to do this please

hey @chana101 Please respond directly to the FIRST request, so the issue can be handled by the proper channels.

I’ve got the same problem — the request is autoresolved and I can’t respond to it or reopen it anyhow.0
