Confusion over Fees

Hi, a company I do self-employed work for has started to offer Payoneer. I use PayPal normally but am tired of losing 3%-4% in currency conversion fees from them (EUR to GBP).

I live in the UK, have a Revolut bank account in EUR, get paid from an EU company in EUR.

Am I to assume that there's no fee if the company sending is covering this (currently trying to find out) and then there is a EUR->EUR fee of €1.50 when I put the money in my bank account?

I see mention of 2% a lot and minimum fees etc and then it all gets super confusing to me. Hoping someone can help here as I can't get an answer on Live Chat and sending a msg to support just gives me a link to the fees which confuse me.

Thanks.
