Hi, community
I got USD on my Payoneer balance. Was happy cause read about $1.5 comission for withdrawal to bank. But it is not true - your bank must be in the country, which support USD payments. Ukraine is not ((( As I understand - the real fee for withdrawal in Ukraine is 2%
Ok. The main questions:
1) How to change money inside account from USD to UAH? What fee I will pay for this?
2) How much fee I will pay to withdrawal USD to UAH bank account (exchange and withdrawal fee)?
3) Maybe payoneer card help me to save some money in this situation?

    Hey there @Resko

The fee for making a withdrawal is 2% of the requested amount. (When using a bank account registered as USD) If you switch to withdrawing funds in your local currency (using a bank account registered as UAH), the 2% fee will be taken from the converted amount instead, according to the market rate at the time of the transfer.

Please note that corresponding banks are sometimes involved in international USD/EUR wire transfers. Unfortunately, Payoneer has no control over the additional fees that are deducted by the other banks and we cannot predict them.

For every withdrawal request, you will receive an automated email with information regarding the amount that was transferred after the deduction of the fees.

You can always view the full list of the fees associated with your account by clicking the "Pricing&Fees" link, located under the "Help" menu, in your Payoneer Account.
