NO USD IN RECEIVING ACCOUNT

I have just created account. It shows 6 balances in my bank accounts, including USD, but USD is not shown in receiving account. What should I do?

hey there @ChrystalYepez if you are based in the United States, then a receiving account in USD is not automatically added as you should have a local bank account, which would be the equivalent to what we provide to you. Please contact us if you need an addtional one added.
