Is there any way to withdraw a relatively small amount of money?

I have some money stuck in my account because it's not enough to withdraw, but that's all I'll have, I just need to know if there's a way to get MY money back. I've already sent an email to Payoneer, but I haven't received a reply.
Please, I could feed myself for a month with that money.

    If you are planning on closing your account then we are able to lower your balance for the withdrawal, or if you are not planning on receiving any funds in the future to the specific currency that you are speaking about we can also lower the limit on that specific currency.
