How to edit my name on my Payoneer account?

I tried to connect my Us Bank account to Pay Pal but was unable I believe because I don't have my full name on my Payoneer account so all I need is help to update my name to be able to connect to Pay Pal

    The way to update your name on your account is by contacting Customer Care and providing them your Government Issued Photo ID, we can update it to match your ID or your marriage certificate.
