Lost password and email in Israel

We registered the card in Israel with the help of a postal bank, it is called EURO postil (I don’t know another name) with many numbers (on postil)
We were told that the default password is the ID number. We tried to log in with this password several times, but it didn't work. So the password is not id. We tried to recover the password using an email, but the email was completely different. We contacted the postal bank, where they told us that they usually don't change passwords and mail.
1) Maybe the default password is some other?
2) They said we need to call, but the problem is that we speak hebrew poorly

    The password must be exactly 9 digits in length. If the length is less than 9 digits, simply add a '0' at the beginning. For example, A5B98342 should be 000598342, not 00598342.

    Please note, your username is the word "PostIL" and your PostIl number (for example postil1234). If you are asked to enter your email address as your username, please do not use it, use your correct username.
