I was charged $10 for withdrawal instead of 3%.

Hello I’m new to the community and don’t know if there have been changes to charges recently. I received a payment and I was charged about 3% when it reached Payoneer and when I wanted to withdraw I was charged another $10. This seems strange. Any ideas on what happened?

    • We do recommend that you withdraw to a local currency for a smaller fee.
