my bank account receiving funds from payoneer issue

i make a withdrawal to my bank account (Walter bank) from my Payoneer account
and they (my bank) is asking me that: " Regarding this transaction the amount of the incoming is ****** eur and the amount comes from Citibank Bank Europe plc, please provide a reference letter from where we can see that (my company name) has an account in Citibank Bank Europe plc"

i try to find any document in my Payoneer account that indicating Payoneer Citibank bank account under my company name and i didn't find.
what can i do?

    Thank you for contacting Payoneer Customer Care.

    Please note that you can easily download many statements from within your online Payoneer account.

    To do so, please follow these steps:
    1. Log in to your Payoneer online account.
    2. From the main menu, go to Activity and choose Reports and Statements.
    3. Inside Reports and Statements, choose: The statement best suited for your bank
    4. Click on Download.

    i download all the documents that is over there. the problem is that there is no indication on the bank that payonner is using to send the funds.
    the account that my bank is after is : information provided the account in Citibank of Payoneer in behalf of "comp name" has IE**CITI************** number. The money come from IE**CITI************** account , please clarify’.

    didn't find any document that indicates this account.

    please choose: Confirmation of receiving account, when looking for your statement. If you are unable to find this please contact customer care and they will be able to download it for you and email it to you.
