I can't do anything with my money

Hello, people! I have $118 (USD) in my balance. I have 2 bank accounts added and verified but I can't do anything with my money! When I try to transfer or withdraw my funds, I can't see the USD balance option to choose it. My old debit card is overdue, could be this the reason? (I've asked for a new card already). Thanks for your help.

    Hi there @waldermartinez If your USD card is expired, then you will have to contact customer care and request that it is changed to a USD balance so you can use the funds for withdrawal immediately, alternatively you may request the customer care assist you in ordering a replacement card for your expired card.
