Verification Center Documents

Hi,

I've provided all other required documents, but the verification center required some additional information, which i am unable to understand.

First is Account profile verification (what does means by this, do i need to take a screenshot of my payoneer profile page)

and second is Account activity (What does mean by this, i am unable to understand, of which account activity is required?)
