I can't find my USD Receiving account

-I opened a payoneer account and I received the approval email
-I tried all the steps, video tutorials on Payoneer help center
-I can't get a hold of any support at all, I opened 3 tickets regarding this and all came with an automated response
-I checked the verification center and there was nothing required in there
-I only see the GBP/UK receiving account in my Receiving accounts, even though I am a us resident
