PayPal's 2 small transactions

Hi,

I have added the bank details you sent me to my PayPal, and they sent two small payment to this account, and now they are asking me for the amounts of these payments to verify the bank account.

But I can't find any transactions recorded in my bank statements, I don't know why!!!

Can you please acknowledge me what is happening and why these transactions are not there ?

And I am intending to auto transfer any payments received on my PayPal to the bank account you provided me on regular bases, so I have to ask that this bank account is considered to be mine, in other words no one else will get it right?

    Hi @ahmedmodabdellatif

You should be able to find the payments on your transactions statement, it should say PP* followed by 4 digits, that you can provide to Paypal. If you are not receiving this payment please make sure that you are provide the correct currency bank account to Paypal. According to our experience, some eWallets will not allow adding bank details before verifying a payment method, such as a credit/debit card. Therefore please make sure that you fulfills the required verification of the eWallets before you add the Global Payment Service receiving account details. You can use any credit card or debit card including the Payoneer card if you already have one. For more specific accepted card types and instructions of adding a card, we suggest that you contact Paypal for more details.

Additionally, it is advised that you make sure the card you are using for verification purposes has a positive balance of at least $1-3, as online eWallets and E-commerce sites generally charge a small amount to your card to confirm that it is valid and active.

To answer your final question, your bank details are yours alone, no one else will have access to the virtual bank details that we provide to you.
