Appen Connect details do not match?

I'm having problems with Payoneer Registration on Appen Connect. Apparently, some details I'd input during registration of my Payoneer account did not match those on my Appen account. It is suggested that I update my Appen profile, though it's impossible since I'm always redirected to the "Payoneer registration" page on my Appen interface; and furthermore, I was not provided with any information regarding the mismatched details from Payoneer.

I sent emails to Appen Connect near 24 hours ago and have not received any assistance. What should I do, please help!

    Hey @misia

    To make sure that your Appen account will be properly linked to Payoneer, all the personal information of the accounts should match (name, date of birth, country, etc).

    If you are still not able to add your Appen funding source, contact us.
