    Hi there @askuz
Please note that you may not have two Payoneer accounts approved at the same time. I would like to remind you that your new account will need to have Proof of Residence, acceptable forms of proof of residence are government-issued ID with your name and this address, or a copy of a recent utility bill that has your name and this address (examples of utility bills we accept are gas, water, electric, phone, cable bill, etc.); unfortunately, we cannot accept mobile phone bills or visa or stamps in your passport as a proof of residence. We also accept official bank statements from the past 3 months. On your new account, you may be able to add a bank account from the old country you used to live in to check this you will have to contact Customer Care directly to view your account.

Please note, for your new account, you will need to provide your partners with the new details.

@Hannah_Payoneer I can proof my second citizenship by my permanent residence of this country (with my photo, first and last name etc.).
I did not registered new account yet. Question again: can I add bank account of my NEW country to my OLD account? If it possiple I don't need to register a new account.

    Hi there @askuz

It depends on the Mass Payout Partners you have linked and your original country restrictions. We would be able to check this for you personally when you contact the Customer Care team.
