Bank Account is under review for a long time nearly 1 year

Dear Forum members and official support team of Payoneer

We completed our registration under our company name (Ltd. Şti.).
We have uploaded tax documentation and it has been accepted and approved.
As expected, the next step is uploading bank account information (receive) and we did it.
We are still being waited for our bank account approved and it is still under "Pending review" status.
I opened several support cases and made some text chat with the support team but the answer is the same:
"your request has been delivered to the necessary division, you will be notified when it is approved".

I am writing down case id numbers with my client number for "Official support team of Payoneer"
