Payoneer Business account issue

I recently started my own company. I already have a personal Payoneer account and when I signed up for a business account (I used different email address), Payoneer identified based on my personal documents that I already have a personal account.

I've received an email from Payoneer saying "Payoneer only allows one account per customer". Here is the screenshot of the email I got ( What can I do in this situation? Is there a way to open a business account through my personal account? There are no surveys that can help me in this situation but I suppose I'm not the only one who ran on this problem. Thank you!
