Can I ship the card to the country other than the country of residence?

Hi.
I am currently in Turkey as a tourist and plan to stay here for 2 months.
Can I order a Payoneer card with shipping it to my Airbnb address here?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship cards anywhere other than your home country, or to a location that you do not have any proof of residence for.

    Please contact customer care if you'd like to check if you are able to update your country.
