Unknown 10$ fee with every transaction

Izbie91 Member Posts: 2
My company in USA sends my wages to Payoneer, no problem there.

But then Payoneer sends that monthly wage to my bank account and I always get 10$ less then I'm supposed to. Please note: my income is NOT the same every month, it always changes, so it cannot be a percentage of any type because it's always exactly 10$.

I have checked with my bank, it's not them so it has to be Payoneer. I reside in Serbia (Europe, non EU) and receive funds in my account in a local bank.

Does anyone have any idea why is this happening?

    Hi @Izbie91

I understand that you have a fee of $10 each with each transaction. The exact fees depend on our agreement with the mass payout service in question. You can view the full list of the fees associated with your account by clicking the "Pricing & Fees" referred by your bank or any other payment provider enabling the, located under the "Help" menu on your online account. Please note this may also be additional bank processing fees, landing fees, or intermediary fees that may be deducted from the Amount Transferred by your bank or any other payment provider enabling the transfer.

    I hope this helps!
