I did not receive verification code to my mobile phone. How can I resolve it?

I do not receive the verification code to my mobile phone. I tried to log into my payoneer account several times by using different web browsers, but still do not receive my verification code to my mobile phone. Therefore I am unable to log into my payoneer account. Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Hey @Cj_Chalaka! I'm sorry to hear you have experienced difficulties with receiving the verification code to your mobile phone. I will be happy to share with you some solutions that helped other users in this situation.

    Firstly, as an alternative option to receive the code, I recommend you to try the "Call me" option instead of SMS. You can find the link to activate this option on the window where you would enter the code, which is beneath "Verify". After pressing the link, you will receive a phone call to the phone number associated with your Payoneer account and the code will be provided to you right away.

    If the "Call me" option still doesn't help, it's likely that it's due to local reception issue. In this case you can also try to clear cache and cookies from your browser, use another browser or device. After that please click on the button for receiving the code just once and wait for it to arrive as sometimes it might take time.

    I am setting up my payoneer account, after updating my security questions, the system said a verification code has been sent to my email. The code expires after 10 minutes. HOWEVER, it took more than an hour to receive that code. I tried 4 times and I am trappd with endless cycle of receiving an expired code..

    I believe this is definitely not an expected behavior. What should I do.

    Verification took too long
    Go back and try again

    Even though the verification code delivery is delayed, but not that much (maybe up to 5 minutes).

    And I simply cannot access my account due to this :(

    I am been trying to sign up to payoneer since yesterday but when i reach the contact details step, the verification code sent to my phone keeps showing invalid. This is frustrating me. Can someone help please?

    In this case you can try to clear cache and cookies from your browser, use another browser or device and try with the incognito window of your browser.

    Hi! My name is Ramin, today I tried to create an individual Payoneer account and started to fill the fields. In the contact info section, I entered my phone number and clicked "Send Code" and I received the code. But after entering the code, I'm getting the same error message: "Invalid Code". And I'm sure that I entered the code correctly. I tried a few times and the result was the same. How can I solve this problem?
