Does payoneer bounce back money when account details are wrong?

I input my card number instead of my bank account number and the money isn't in my bank account or Payoneer account. any solution, please?

    Hey @shaa! Thank you for your great question. I will be happy to explain what happens to a transfer that was sent to incorrect bank details.

    If you realize that there was a mistake in your bank details after your payment was already processed and sent, it will be rejected by the bank and reversed back to your Payoneer account. This process normally takes up to 14 business days. You may contact your bank and request to have the transfer canceled which might help to speed it up.

    In case 14 business days have already passed but the funds still didn't bounce back, please contact our Customer Support Center, so we can track this transaction for you and assist you with receiving the funds.
