Bank of America to Payoneer Payment Method

My client is having trouble transferring amount from his Bank of America (BofA) account to my payoneer receiving account. There are basically two problems at the moment:

1. BofA is asking for a US-based address. The address in my profile is for Pakistan. For testing purposes, the receiving account bank address was typed in. Any advice on what should be the address entered would be highly appreciated.

2. Once all the necessary information had been entered, the "Add Account" is greyed out. I am assuming that this is probably related to the address issue described above.

I would be grateful for any assistance.
