Creating an account issue

I have created a payoneer account long time ago but never used it. So i think my account is closed due to inactivity. Now i am trying to open a new account but i am unable to do so. Its saying that i have a existing account. Can anyone help or guide me what can i do ?? If i get my previous account thats fine and if i have to open a new account thats also fine.

    Hey @devilzprince!

    It seems that your new account was blocked due to having another account with us, as per our policy only one account is allowed per one person. In this case I recommend you to contact us from the old account, so we can check the status of your account and see if it's still active. If it's not, we will advise you how to proceed :)
