Payoneer personal or Company Account?

Hello, I wanna to open a payoneer account, but I don't know how to setup. I live in italy, I can receive moneys from 2 american company on payoneer( they only send me the money, i dont have a contract with them). Then this money from payoneer I will send it to my italian bank. Here in italy also I have my personal vat as solepropietorship, where my local tax agent area do all the invoces taxes etc etc. from all my earnings and icomes.
My question is, if I setup the payoneer account as individual is correct? Beacause I pay the taxes here in italy where I live and work.
I don't want to make a mistake by creating a company account and then when I receive the payments it could create a double taxes problems or financial problems both on american side area and also here in italy
