Global Payment service & verification center

I have uploaded my national ID card and was verified when creating my account. Still in my profile verification center ID card is verified. But now I received an email that saying to upload my smart NID. Why this?

Another issue my global payment service is still under review. But I already made a transaction from my Fiverr account.

Please help me.
