Business Profile and Global payment service questionnaire under review

So i signed in to payoneer i submitted the info needed my national id got verified in about 10 minutest but its been like 2 days since Business profile and global payment is under review its kind of urgent so i can receive payments but its taking time i dont know if anyone can tell me how much longer i have to wait :neutral:

    Please note that you can start receiving payments once you have submitted Global Payment Service questionnaire and Business profile requirements. They will be reviewed once you have reached a certain threshold in receiving payments.

    I am selling my services its not any physical product, After receiving the payment it asked for business profile details I have provided and waiting since 6 days. Also created a support ticket no response on that too.

    Why its getting too much time for review and support is not answering.

    Please note that the Business Profile Questionnaire will be reviewed once needed and it won't affect your account in terms of receiving payments.

    This is actually good to hear. I am starting a new job now with a new company and have not used it for awhile. I looked in Verification Center and was worried because it says my Business Profile is still under review. My Global Questionnaire as well but I just submitted it awhile ago. So, clarifying that this won't affect future payments and this is for the purpose of just overseeing where and how I'm earning my money from making sure it's not anything shady?

    Hi @JanTrozo yes, it is exactly as you say. If you want to make sure, you can contact Customer Support Center, they can check your personal case.
