How to withdraw money from an expired card to a bank account?

Hello!. I live in Ukraine and I had a very difficult time. Unfortunately, during this period my card expired and most likely because of this I cannot withdraw money to my Ukrainian card. I already ordered a new one, but it will come as early as September + delays are possible due to the war in the country.
Please tell me, is there a way to withdraw money from an expired card to a bank account in order to withdraw it further to a Ukrainian card?

    Fortunately, there are a few options. For example, you can order a virtual Payoneer card instead of the physical card. You will be able to use this card for online purchases and for withdrawing funds to your local bank account.

    Additionally, if you have USD balance in your account, you can withdraw funds directly to your local bank account without a card. Please keep in mind that the funds might be still on the expired card, so in order to make a withdrawal this way you will need to ask us to move funds from the expired card to the relevant balance beforehand.     Hi! I'm also from Ukraine and have the same problem right now.

    My question is will I be able to order a physical card in the future (for example, in a month) if I order a virtual card now?
    And is the option of withdrawing funds from a virtual card to a local bank account still available?

Regarding ordering a physical card in the future, if you currently have a virtual card, you will need to cancel it before being able to order a physical one. Payoneer allows only one card per balance, so you cannot have both a virtual card and a physical card simultaneously.

    On the other hand, the option to withdraw funds from your Payoneer account to a local bank account remains available regardless of whether you have a card or not. You can easily initiate a withdrawal from your Payoneer account to your linked local bank account without any issues.
