Change Account type

I mistakenly changed my account type to business. I want to revert that into an individual account as I am a freelancer working on freelance marketplaces. Can you please help me how can I do that?

Or should I close account and open a new account?

    We understand that you would like to know if it's possible to change your account type from business to individual.

    Please note that we cannot change your account type, but we can assist you by reapplying for a new account with the correct details. In order to do so, you will need to close your active account, since our system does not allow to have two active accounts, and then reapply for a new one. We kindly advise you to contact our Customer Support Center to assist you.
