    Hi @samadd ! We've noticed you are already using our updated profile format. In your case, in order to upload a document please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Payoneer account
    2. Click the profile icon at the top of the menu on the right.
    3. Select Settings
    4. Select Verification Center
    5. Select the relevant requirement from the list
    6. Upload the relevant document and click SUBMIT
    7. You will see a confirmation that the documents were uploaded successfully.
