Hey @faysalramzan !
Please note that these two that you're mentioning are two different fees.
The annual fee is a yearly fee charged for card usage and general maintenance. The fee is first charged after the card is activated, and once the card has available balance.
On the other hand, the inactivity fee is charged if your card has not been used to make transactions or you have not received payments to your account in a given time frame. Inactivity fees are charged at the beginning of each eligible month.
To view all applicable account fees, simply sign in to your Payoneer online account and click on the “Pricing & Fees" tab located under the "Help" menu.

my questions are
Should I pay an additional annual card fee of 29.95 USD for every year, If I don't have the card then also should be pay for the account only?
As I see Payoneer charged every year 29.95 USD from my account.0 -
Hi @ashumapto, I moved your question to this post so you can understand a bit better the difference between the fees.
If you don't have an active card, you'll not be charged the maintenance fee but be aware of the inactivity fee that I explained above.
To view all applicable account fees, simply sign in to your Payoneer online account and click on the “Pricing & Fees" tab located under the "Help" menu.

I need to clarify the point. Do we charge when we did not use the account for a long time and the balance is 0?
Please let me know.1 -
HI @Praviem, read above.

Hi @Kiara_Payoneer,
Is the inactivity fee only applicable for cards or if we don't use the Payoneer account, what will be the charge?0 -
@Praviem, it applies also if you don't use the account itself. Dispite if you own a card or not.

Hello Everyone,
"Annual account fee
If your account is active, you'll never pay this fee. If you keep your account open for 12 months without making a transaction in your Payoneer account or on your Payoneer card, you'll be charged a $29.95 fee."
My account is perfectly active and I have transactions. can I know why Payoneer cut $29.95 maintenance fees?
Please reply with a Valuable Comment. I checked the fees policy before ordering the virtual card. there have clearly said "If your account is active, you'll never pay this fee." after that why did Payoneer cut the $29.95 annual fees?
I email them, no response! I chat with them the guy just says to check the fees page. payoneer don't give me any actual answer.

HI @nokib03, please read my first answer in this post.

My friend has been charged a monthly fee of 30$ for years if he does not perform any transactions or keeps the money in the account.
Is it correct? Because I cannot see anything like this mentioned on the Payoneer website. They only say deducting 30$ if the account stays inactive for a year.0 -
Hi @humaz909, please read my answer in this post from the 8th of September. If you have additional general questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

@Kiara_Payoneer Your first comment mentions "start of the eligible month". So for example, I created my account and ordered a card in January, and now my account and card stay inactive for the next 6 months. Will it deduct the inactivity fee for these six months or only once next year 1st of the January?0

I am aware that there is a 30 USD fee if I haven't done any transactions over the past year. However, what if I haven't had any balance left (0) for the past 12-month period? Will they still charge the fee if I receive money in my account in the future? By the way, I don't have a card; my issue is with the annual maintenance/inactivity fee. Please let me know if anyone is aware of this.0

Hi @Kush ,
I've moved your question to this discussion, I hope it's fine with you.
The maintenance fee is only applied if you have a card. It's for the maintenance of the card and it's charged once per year. Maybe you can read through also this post above and you'll find some more answers.
On the other hand, the inactivity fee is charged if your card or account has not been used to make transactions in a given time frame. Inactivity fees are charged at the beginning of each eligible month.
To view all applicable account fees, simply sign in to your Payoneer online account and click on the “Pricing & Fees" tab located under the "Help" menu.
If you have more questions, feel free to reach out to me.

Hello,
As I understand it, there are two fees similarities :
The first: is MasterCard's annual flat fee ($29.95)
The second: account fees subject to conditions (if no transaction is made within one year) also $29.95.
Is that the case?
Thank you0 -
HI @wisermalik , I've moved your question to this conversation. I hope it's ok with you.
What you're saying is correct. If you read my last answer in this post, you'll have a brief description.
Good luck!
