Should I send a photo or the PDF for the verification documents ( Bank statement)?

    Hi @VictoriaWamuyu !

    In the case of a bank statement we can accept PDF format as long as it's the original file and not a screenshot of the PDF. Picture is also accepted if it has good quality and the whole document is showing.
