Can Temporary Residence Permit count as a proof of residence?

Hello and sorry for my English
I am a Belarus expat living in Kazakhstan and I would like to change my country or to create a new Kazakhstan account.
The problem is that Payoneer system is asking me to provide a bill, a bank statement or a rental contract, and I do not have any bills or rental contracts to my name because I live in my partner’s house. I also can’t get a sufficient bank statement as banks here do not include your address in your statement.
However I do have a Temporary Residence Permit (a rather plain looking renewable official document that allows you to live in Kazakhstan for a year) which has my full name and address. And also it’s not in English or even in Latin alphabet because, like, it’s Kazakhstan.
Will it be enough to proof that I actually live here? And if so then which option (bill, bank statement, rental contract) should I choose to apply it?
Thank you for your time and advice!

    Hi @georginazoe,

So, in general terms you can provide a Residence permit as proof of residence, but it dependes on other legal factors that we can't specify or control.

When you provide it, it doesn't really matter what subject you choose, but personally I would recommend contacting customer support once you provide it to specify what type of document it is.
