Payment method changing.

Hello, I would like to change my payment method over connect.appen.com from Paypal to Payoneer. Every time I try to contact Appen they say, it's done over Payoneer. I have tried sending Payoneer many times it always answers with an automated response and nothing further happens. My problem isn't solved, also live chat and contacting via telephone number isn't available for me. Tell me what should I do? Thanks.
